With paperless billing, you get the same information that appears on a printed bill. You will be able to see all your billing information online through My CenturyLink or the My CenturyLink app.
Sign up for paperless billing in a few simple steps, and then you will receive your bills electronically, rather than by mail. An email will be sent to you each month when your bill is ready, with options for how to pay.
Paperless billing highlights:
Tip: If you don't start receiving emails from us, check your spam, bulk or junk folders, and add CenturyLink to your approved senders list.
First, sign in to My CenturyLink online. If you've never used My CenturyLink, it's easy to get started. Once you're signed in, select My Bill from the menu bar at the top.
On the My Bill page, scroll down to the Billing Preferences area, as shown below. The "Paperless Billing" toggle will show whether this feature is enabled. You can easily turn it on or off by clicking on the toggle.
Note: If you don't have a Billing Preferences section on your My Bill page, that means you are a Prepaid internet customer. The paperless billing feature is included in your service automatically and you will receive notice of upcoming payments by email.
While you're here in Billing Preferences, you can also set up AutoPay, store and manage payment methods, or learn how to block third-party billing from your account for extra security.
Tip: When you turn paperless billing on, take a moment to check the email address shown. This is where you will receive your bill notice. Need to correct it? Click the edit icon (pencil and paper) to change it.
